In this hands-on course, you get to jump into our lab and take control of one of our mini stills to develop and distill your very own bottle of gin. Learn about our approach to gin, and what it takes to produce a well balanced spirit while enjoying a gin cocktail or two.

Create your own gin recipe by exploring our extensive range of citrus, herbal, floral and spice botanicals, while our team will guide you throughout the process.
